1. Scope of ServicesWe provide AI-driven creative production services including visuals, video, audio, automation systems, and custom AI workflows. Each service is delivered according to the agreed scope defined before the start of any project. Any request outside this scope may require additional time, cost, or a revised agreement.
2. Human-Directed AI CreationAll outputs produced by URAI are guided, curated, and validated by human expertise. Artificial intelligence is used as a production tool, not as an autonomous decision-maker. Final creative, strategic, and artistic responsibility remains human-led.
3. Custom & Experimental Nature of AIIf you submit any content (e.g., comments, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage RightsUnless stated otherwise, clients receive usage rights for the final validated deliverables only. Source files, prompts, systems, pipelines, or internal AI workflows remain the intellectual property of URAI. Any extended usage, resale, or modification requires written approval.
5. Client ResponsibilitiesClients agree to provide accurate information, clear objectives, and timely feedback throughout the project. Delays, incomplete inputs, or late approvals may impact timelines and final outcomes. URAI is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or missing client data.
6. Confidentiality & Data ProtectionAll project information, materials, and exchanges are treated as confidential. URAI commits to protecting client data and using it solely for project execution. No sensitive data is shared, reused, or disclosed without explicit authorization.
7. Limitations & LiabilityURAI cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, platform restrictions, algorithm changes, or third-party tool limitations. Our responsibility is limited to the services explicitly agreed upon. AI outputs should always be reviewed before public, legal, or commercial use.
